Online training: Artificial Intelligence in everyday working life
A concise introduction to the opportunities, risks and safe use of generative AI in the workplace.
In around 35 minutes, our course covers the key fundamentals, opportunities and risks of generative AI, as well as practical recommendations for safe use. The training is suitable as AI competence training in accordance with Article 4 of the AI Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, as it raises employees’ awareness of how AI systems work, their limitations, data protection implications, cyber risks and the responsible use of AI systems. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of attendance to download. Companies also benefit from a central admin interface for managing users, assigning courses and tracking participation progress.
Legal context / compliance support
| The training supports companies in building AI competence within the meaning of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Regulation / AI Act). According to this, providers and operators of AI systems must do their utmost to ensure a sufficient level of AI competence among their staff and other persons involved in the operation or use of AI systems on their behalf. To this end, the training addresses the fundamentals, risks, limitations, data protection implications, safe use and responsible application of AI in everyday working life. For high-risk AI systems or specific use cases, additional role-specific in-depth training may be required depending on the company context. |
Suitable target groups
Particularly suitable for staff in administration, support roles, marketing, sales, HR, project management, IT-related functions, managers, and all employees who already use AI tools or are expected to use them in their day-to-day work in the future.
Certificate of attendance and administration
Upon successful completion, participants can download a certificate of attendance. For companies, the training platform offers a central admin interface through which users can be managed, training courses assigned and attendance records clearly tracked. This allows mandatory training, awareness initiatives and evidence of completion to be organised in a structured manner.
